Physics nerd. RevOps expert.

I started out studying physics at the University of Utah, genuinely convinced I'd end up in a lab somewhere. But somewhere along the way, I discovered I was really good at translating complex problems into actionable solutions. And that companies would actually pay me to do it.

My first real job was at HireVue, where I started as a financial analyst and quickly became the "everything analyst," supporting sales, marketing, and strategy. I helped with VC funding rounds, built forecasting models, and got my first taste of what would become RevOps.

Then came Instructure (the Canvas LMS people), where I joined for Sales Ops and ended up relocating to London to build out their international RevOps organization. I was there through the IPO. Watching a company transform from scrappy scale-up to public company taught me more than any MBA could.

After that, I moved to Berlin as Honeypot.io's first RevOps hire, helping them scale and prepare for their acquisition by Xing. Then I joined EyeEm, another Berlin startup that also went through an acquisition. Eventually I followed my wife to Adelaide for her PhD, where I led operations at DataSpark Analytics, a data services company.

Now I split my time between leading strategy and product at Slidesgo (part of Freepik) and helping other companies through RevOps Rocks.
