No problem — additional hours are available at $250 AUD/hour. Or we can bump you up to the next tier if it makes more sense.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply to the next billing cycle.
What's the onboarding process like?
We start with a kickoff call to understand your setup, goals, and priorities. Then I dive into your systems to get up to speed. Most onboarding wraps up within the first week or two.
Do you work with companies outside Australia?
Definitely. I work with clients globally and am flexible with timezones. Most of my experience is actually with US and European companies.
What tools do you have experience with?
